While our Italian friend, who is the Head Bartender at Opium Bar, will not be seen near any other coffee than an espresso. Our barista on the other hand do enjoy sipping on something a little more forgiving and more indulging.

 

This dirty coffee is sweetened with orange blossom and cacao. A touch of cream and finished off with a spritz of fresh orange zest.
