House lavender syrup is made by steeping lavender tea and stirred-in white sugar. The naturally pale violet blue syrup is turned beautiful pink by the acidity of the soda water. The top layer of yellow is our cold brew jasmine green tea that is made extra smooth by the addition of food grade nitrogen gas or simply nitro.
