Bangkok Latte
Reinterpretation of
an old favourite

An old favourite amongs old street coffee stalls is a traditional drink of "Oliang" mixed with Thai tea know as Kopichum. Usually sweetened with honey and condensed milk.
Bangkok Latte is our take and up-dated version of this traditional favourite, reinterpreted using modern techniques.
Loose leaves Thai tea is steeped in milk overnight then filtered and froth to add lightness by reducing the 'body' of the milk. The airy mixture is poured over ice and nitro cold brew. Lightly sweetened with longan honey, this is a soul hugging latte made for Bangkok's heat.
