Made in collaboration with Alcoholic ice cream master mind, Amaltery. Dreamed up from college and finally realised after graduating 3 master degrees, this ice cream chef is probably even more crazy than our barista.

A marriage of nitro cold brew and Razberi Vodka sorbet which is home-made with pretty much nothing but raspberry and vodka. Although, we had to ask Amaltery to dial down the vodka just a tad for the general public.

For extra, tartness we also throw in compote of blackberry.
